Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before service time: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of service time: 50% refund.

  • No refund for cancellations after the cleaner/technician has already reached your location.

2. Cancellation by Sentu Cleaning Services

  • If we cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (staff unavailability, weather, or emergencies), a full refund will be provided, or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original mode of payment.

4. Service Quality Issues

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We may offer a free re-service or partial refund depending on the situation.
