Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services. By booking with Sentu Cleaning Services, you agree to the following:

1. Service Booking

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.

  • You must provide accurate details (address, type of service, preferred date & time).

2. Payment

  • We accept online transfers, UPI, and cash payments.

3. Service Guarantee

  • We aim to deliver high-quality services, but results may vary depending on the condition of the property.

  • Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Keep valuable and fragile items safely secured.

  • Provide electricity and water supply required for cleaning/painting/pest control.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or wear & tear of property.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.

6. Changes & Cancellations

  • Customers must inform us at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellations.
